Matt has 25+ years in the food and beverage industry. After leaving Whole Foods’ National Operations Team, he opened he first Plum Market in 2006, emphasizing Natural, Organic, and Locally crafted items.

Wassim Hojeij
Wassim, an entrepreneur with 22+ years in restaurant and Food & Beverage development, co-founded HBF with his wife. Initially an Atlanta airport ACDBE concessionaire, he led HBF’s growth to graduate the program while mentoring new ACDBE companies.

Jaime Ambrosio
With 20+ years of experience in business development, Jaime specializes in airport licensing, operations, and enhancing food and beverage companies’ strategic planning and revenue generation skills.
