Marc has 30+ years in natural and specialty retail. After 7 years on Whole Foods’ National Leadership Team, Marc cofounded Plum Market with Matt in 2006.

Wassim, an entrepreneur with 22+ years in restaurant and Food & Beverage development, co-founded HBF with his wife. Initially an Atlanta airport ACDBE concessionaire, he led HBF’s growth to graduate the program while mentoring new ACDBE companies.

An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Boutros has held senior and C-Level positions in both hospitality and local, regional, and national airport food services.

With 20+ years of experience in business development, Jaime specializes in airport licensing, operations, and enhancing food and beverage companies’ strategic planning and revenue generation skills.
