Plum Market opened the first airport location in 2009 at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport, in a partnership with HBF. The location took the terminal by storm and outpaced every profit goal and became the top revenue generating business in the terminal while winning several awards in their first year alone. We offer quick-service meal, coffee, and beverage options in a convenient small format shopping experience that meet traveler's needs. We have since opened several locations across the US and are targeting to be in every major terminal in the United States and Canda, as well as strategic smaller regional airports across the country. We are currently averaging a revenue of $4,000 per square foot in each of our terminal locations.
